Heather is a bobtailed, dilute tortoise with a lot of spirit. If she needs to tell
you something, she will with a unique voice. Do not let her spirit fool you because
she is a loving girl who likes her human company. Of her foster siblings, she has
taken to the youngest, becoming fast friends with little orphan named Annie. If she
does not pay enough attention, Annie may just pounce on her, and Heather will be
happy to play.

Slinky is a very special small girl, about a year-old to a year-and-a-half-old.
She is an all-gray beauty with a small fox-like face and medium-length hair. She
has a lot of energy and enjoys playing with toys. She also likes to play a game
called you-can't-catch-me, but when she gives up and lets you win, she will melt
in your arms and purr so you will have no doubt that she is content.

Zola is a cute, friendly, black kitten who is about 7-8 months old. She has big,
intelligent eyes and looks at you as if she has something very important to say.
She loves to sleep at your feet and will wait for your alarm to go off in the
morning before meowing for attention (so considerate!). She is still learning that
laps are a good idea (free heat and lots of attention) and needs a home that will be
patient and gives her lots of love.

Conrad is a 3-year-old male who enjoys being petted but pretty much a lone wolf
that enjoys watching from the sidelines. He is very calm and laid-back and does
not play much. He would be a good companion for someone who would like a calm,
self-sufficient cat.

Lucy is a wonderful, loving, gray and white cat who is about 2 years old. She is
very mellow but can also be quite playful. She gets along well with the other cats in
the house and loves to play in the mix when a string is dangled in front of her or
pulled away like a worm or moving critter. She has taken to sleeping on the bed at
night during these cold winter nights and in her cat tree during the day.

Callie is a 1-1/2-year-old girl who is low-maintenance and loving and who adores her
foster siblings. She was found abandoned and looking for food at a park. While she is
mellow and easygoing, don't be fooled by this as she can be playful and affectionate.
Her favorite way to show you her love and appreciation is to to climb on your chest when
you least expect it.
